[Game] Kings @ Clippers - 10/25/13

When Thornton and Vasquez are playing like they have played in the past, that pair SHOULD work. I don't see why it wouldn't. GV is the passer, Thornton is the scorer / shooter. Unfortunely both players look terrible right now no matter who they are with.
Looked to me like GV set up quite a few guys for shots and they bricked the shots.

Well, I will say this for Napear, his radio play-by-play is much better than his television play-by-play. So, maybe Reynolds really is dragging him down.

I'll still take Gary Gerould a hundred times out of a hundred over either one of those jokers, though.

You can sometimes get away with poor defense on the perimeter, but when your 'best' player is a big man that's poor defensively, you're in trouble. Cousins looks slow footed and slow to get off the ground on defense.

Thornton has looked like he's checked out almost all of the pre-season.

Jeez, Clippers announcers pissing all over JT again, as if he's some sort of failure. I hate these guys.

Honestly, I've yet to see Vasquez do anything that impressed me. At least IT can score. Neither can play defense, so pick your poison.

GV looks for the open man. It's not his fault they haven't hit some of the shots. I love his ability to dish inside. IT is a spark but he's not capable of sharing.

Thomas can easily be the 6th man of the year, and Outlaw has to be the starting SF

What's most concerning is you can see the hustle and urgency with this group. It's not the best lineup combo we have but you can at least see the effort defensively. Night an day difference withan with starters

OH, very clever by Malone. Get Ben in there to drive inside and draw fouls from Jordan. :p
