be nice if they'd just miss a damn FT. ANY FT. They're shooting 95 % from the line from the game. If they just shoot at averages, we are actually ahead and in position to win.
 
You know...This is a loss but a respectable one.

I'm still irked about our SF rotation..But Reke and Cousins have beasted, and we stuck right with the Bulls on their home court.


Moral victory!
 
Usually I hate Thornton.


But sometimes I dig him.

Dude is inefficient as hell until its clutch time. Crazy.
 
Part of our problem is that if we put Reke and Cousins on the bench, we are generally terrible. Which is why we got destroyed to start the 4th.

If we subbed better, and didn't give away so many points with the JJ/Hayes combo, we'd most likely be up 5 or more.

To be fair...Outside of Reke, Cousins, JT, and (I say this reluctantly) Thornton...Smart has nothing to work with.


Oh....And our 5' 9 rookie.

It's his combinations, not that he's playing JJ or Hayes. The problem is playing them together. Play JT more with either.
 
It kind of irks me when Jimmer doesn't get any minutes. I'm not a huge Jimmer fan but I do want to see him getting some experience and if he struggles than just pull him.

Think he was playing to the fouls that JT and Cousins had picked up. Totally agree that the JJ and Hayes combo doesnt work though.

I'm just making excuses for Smart because I want him to be a good coach.. :p

Right now Reke, Thornton, IT, and even Salmons are better overall players than Jimmer. Not many more minutes are available.
