Training camp videos

Dime Dropper

All-Star
Feel free to post whatever training camp related videos you want here, I just thought it useful to have a thread solely for this purpose amongst all the other discussion. Kingsflix put up a couple clips of action, one of T-Rob with a decent put-back, and the other of Cousins with a windmill.

I have to admit, at the start of the summer I was very disappointed with Cuz as he looked a little heavier than he should have been. Turns out he was just doing what most of us would do - enjoy a couple weeks off after a hard season before getting back to work. It's pretty obvious that Cuz is now in the shape of his life. He's leaner than I've ever seen him, which should definitely help with stamina, foul trouble, foot work and speed (which was already in the elite level for an NBA big), as well as a host of other things. He's taken a big step in leadership. Let's hope we see the results in the W column this year.

After my irrelevant ramblings, here are the clips:

Thanks for posting.

Dimedropper, my friend, you have a good summer? All geared up for the season? Hope school won't impact your ability to watch these games at 3am.

I'm pretty excited about Cuz this year. Think both he and Reke will take another step in their development, with Cuz starting to step forward as the teams leader. If Cuz can play 35+ per night and stay out of foul trouble, 20/12/3 on 50% shooting is fairly realistic.

Good summer, buddy. I'm lurking as always but don't post unless I feel the need. I often hibernate in this way! How was your summer? I won't be able to watch the games live, but thankfully league pass is the best invention ever, so I can watch all the games the following day. I also recruited a new Kings fan, probably the 2nd Irish Kings fan after myself. The army grows :p

Agreed. I'm very impressed with the work both our main guys have put in. I love Cuz as everyone knows, but something that stands out for me is the maturity Reke is showing in interviews etc.. He's much calmer in front of the camera, and seems to understand what it takes much more. Sky's the limit for Tyreke. And Cuz, well, he's a perennial all-star waiting to happen if he continues to work.

Can you post the actual links? I'm on my ipad and it doesn't show imbedded videos. Thanks!

Great point. I use my iPad 80% of the time and prefer direct video links too. Will get to 3 games this year: Oct 10 at Arco, Oct 25 Kings@Lakers in San Diego and 1 Dec Kings@Clippers. We may also go over to Phoenix for a game as thats an easy 5 hr drive. Will be interesting to see what arenas have decent WiFi so we can keep up on replays and stats and stuff.

They keep raising the price of international league pass broadband year after year though... Back in Tyreke's rookie season it cost $20USD a month, and now they're charging $220 for the whole season. Last year they also offered a Team Pass package, so I saved a bit by just subscribing to the Kings, but they're not offering that anymore. A little ****ed off with the massive inflation but there's little I can do. Hard to find Kings games via other channels, be it legal ones like ESPN/NBA TV or illegal ones.

i do. and i saw that pic. but i wanted to see to similar pics together, one from last season and one from current training camp

So you couldn't just find a pic from last year and then post both here?

Sorry, but it just sounds like you're trying to get someone else to do what you could easily do yourself. ;)
