In a trend that may well last me the rest of the draft, more food!
Sausage -- Yum! Grilled, pan fried, links, patties, Molinari, bratwurst, Polish, Andouille, hot links... nummy nummy nums. There are tons in this category that I don't like, of course (Biroldi, I'm looking in your direction), but enough good here that I needed to grab them all.

I think our islands would be boring without roaming animals to inhabit them... yeah you get your occasional snake or lion, but the sense of danger makes watching the wildlife that much more fun!

I'm sticking with the outdoors theme, and adding a twist. This year was the first time we planted a garden at my house. It's so awesome to be able to go out every morning and gather/eat the food that you grew with your own hands, on your own land! We've got a blueberry farm too .

Hi top, low top, black or *cough* multi colored. Whatever. They've been around for over 90(!) years and never go out of style. I've worn them every decade I've been alive. I think you can pretty much get away with wearing the classic black anywhere and with anything. They aren't really nice to your feet but I know the ladies put up with far worse.

I feel slightly nerdy and "puer aeternus" picking this, but who am I kidding? This has provided me with more joy and fond memories than a mere video game series really should be able to. As a whole, it truly is a work of interactive art.
The Legend of Zelda
When I first picked up the original Zelda as a child many years ago, it took me months (and possibly years, I can't remember) to realize there was even an actual goal in the game. I just guided Link around the expansive map for hours on end, exploring caves, hills and forrests, killing moblins and occasionally finding these little useless triangle things in dungeons ( I never bothered to read instruction booklets at the time) I considered discovering how to reach the cemetary as my ultimate achievement. And even in believing there was no real "point" to the game, I loved it.
And as future titles appeared, contiually improving the graphics, deepening the story and creating increasingly complex puzzels and quests, I just became more and more enthralled. Twice I've purchased an entire game system (SNES, N64) specifically so I could own the Zelda title attached (and that would have included the Wii for Twilight Princess, if EMS paid a little better ...
)
This draft has partially been about making up for missteps in previous drafts (See: The Delorean) And even though I wound up winning, not having Ocarina of Time in the Video Game draft never quite felt right (not that I'm giving the trophy back)

With some of my previous gastronomical selections being a bit nose-in-the-air (filet mignon, single-malt scotch) I figure I really need to have the great everyday foodstuff. So, to pair with my Coca-Cola, I'm going to grab some cheeseburgers! Yum!

Well nuts! I'd been planning on this pick here for a while and now it looks like I'm just copying the Captain ... again (After the Hearst Castle/Neuschwanstein picks). Maybe we can look at it as his pick is the Introductory 101 class and mine is the whole Major.
I have three favorite art forms; one is an extension of surf culture (which would just be overkill considering I already have surfing) a second I can't fully define and hope to deal with later, and then this ... and I suppose I am going to be greedy:

The School of Athens - Raphael Sanzio
The Last Supper - Leonardo da Vinci
David - Michelangelo Buonarroti

I've been trying to keep my picks as specific as possible, and here I go and blow everything by picking a generalized art form encompassing painting, sculpting, bronze casting, architecture, etc unofficially spanning more than 300 years.
Honestly though, I could make this pick "Work from Rennaissance Artists who would eventually have Ninja Turtles named after them" and still have a collection of Masterpeices beyond my own imagination.
And while the art itself is amazing (in particular, I can stare at Raphael's School of Athens for hours and continually find something different and astounding) what I truly love about the art form is what it represents: Europe finally clawing itself out of centuries of superstition, paranoia, corruption and scientific, cultural and social decline - to me, in the idiom "it's always darkest before the dawn" the Renaissance represents just how great the "dawn" can actually be.
