He does want to win, and it might be best for the organization to develop at 4.5 games back..

I think it's a difficult decision. Does the coach then try to lose while the players are trying to win or at least trying to pad their stats so they get a good contract.

I want to know what it means to giver up on a guy after three years. What are the consequences of "giving up." Later though; not in the game thread.
