No question: those kids are all in on what Brett Brown is selling. They play hard every night, they hustle, they play defense, and if you don't match their effort, they can beat you.
BUT... there's one guy on their team who would get minutes on another NBA roster. Maybe as many as three... maybe. As hard as they play, nearly all of their wins have come from their opponents taking them lightly. They can't beat any team that matches their intensity for forty-eight minutes. So, how do you know what was good defense, and not us just sleepwalking for a change?
