So during warm-up someone was throwing down some amazing windmills and I'd say easily the best jumper on the team. Anyone know who it was? My seats were really high and I couldn't recognize players without the uniforms but I was thinking he looked like Tyer Honeycutt. Did they bring him up from the D league that I'm unaware of?

From where I was sitting I couldn't recognize most of the players unless I saw a jersey # but someone was throwing down some awsome dunks before the game in warm ups. Some huge windmills and it looked like he was getting his head level with the rim! I thought he looked a lot like Tyler Honeycutt from where I was sitting but I thought he was still with the Bighorns. Anyone know who it was?

The situation with Salmons brings up an interesting point as far as the idea of giving more respect, more rope, etc. to veterans. I don't think there's a snowball's chance in hell that a rookie or even a second or third year player would still be starting and getting meaningful minutes if they were plying as badly as Salmons has. They'd be riding the pine and rightfully so.
I’m a results guy, nothing else matters. You play as badly as he has for as long a he has, you lose your spot, I don’t care if you’re Kobe Bryant.
The Kings are playing 4 on 5 when Salmons is on the floor and it’s been that way all season. That he’s still starting is incomprehensible.

We seriously need to give the guy 20 minutes a night. He can't be any worse than Salmons. We might as well give him minutes so he develops instead of letting him rot on the bench.

Its pretty sad. You can tell that he just isn't putting in the effort like he did before. He hasn't made a single play like the ones in those first highlights. When was the last time he was the first one down on a fast break?

I suspect he was brought up to be played otherwise what's the point? As to whether he could be worse than Salmons, I suspect as a rookie he could be. I am very mystified why Smart plays Salmons so much unless it's because the rest suck worse. Bringing in Honeycutt may very well be a last ditch chance of filling the position. I'd like to see Honeycutt be given minutes as he looked OK in the few minutes we've seen him before but let's remember that there are reasons he dropped to the 2nd round. If we are lucky, the main reason was that he was so dang skinny. Time will tell if he can fill out his frame which I suspect would help as a rebounder.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't Donte. Much lighter skin and shorter. Everyone around where we were sitting was impressed. These were dunk contest calibre dunks too. Honeycutt has some serious ups if it was him. I remember watching Gerald Wallace as a rookie with the Kings wishing he'd get more playing time.
