Yep, there will be All Stars and maybe a HOFer or two in this draft, it's just not clear who they are. If you look over draft history, there are always some. This list is of All Stars, HOFers (and a few others) from each year since '86, I've bolded one or more of the stronger ones from each year since some of the others were so-so, and I don't want to water my point down. 1986 and 2000 were considered the two worst draft years in recent times, so I made sure and included both.
I'm listing 20 years worth, I think there's only one year (2000) where the best guy available in the draft would be as weak as, e.g., Michael Redd or Hedo Turkoglu. Not a terrible situation unless we blow our picks.
