Welcome, Chris Johnson...oops, never mind

Ah, I actually remember him having a pretty good game against us when he was with the Wolves IIRC. Think he blocked quite a few shots, need to check that out. Not a significant signing, but at least the right type of signing, and hopefully he can show something the rest of the season.

I wonder how many of these young/10 day contract guys we are cycling through here late in the season might pop back up on our summer league team?

I thought he is the same player on the Celtics roster until I checked it out. Anyway can they just atleast bring Whiteside back? no offense to Chris Johnson but I think Hassan is a much better player.

Yeah what's the likelihood he even gets any playing time? Knowing us we probably just go into the offseason and draft/sign another undersized 4, cos ... Jerry Reynolds and all that.

No issue doing these kinds of moves. It costs us nothing as a franchise. Even though it's unlikely Johnson becomes anything for us, at least we're starting to cast a wide net to these sort of players. Who knows? Maybe we'll hit on one eventually and get ourselves a role player for nothing.

Change of plan, and the Kings' signing of Chris Johnson is now off. Not sure why
You see PDA does read this! He read all of our comments and now he isn't signing him... on another note... we need to hire a fat white accountant to be the fourth string PG... I know of one out of Nor Cal..

He's been a fringe NBA'er for the last few years. Looked alright last time I saw him in Minnesota. Don't know why they'd even look at a player like this right now unless they want to sit Cuz.
