He's been a fringe NBA'er for the last few years. Looked alright last time I saw him in Minnesota. Don't know why they'd even look at a player like this right now unless they want to sit Cuz.
It's likely that they wanted to play him next to Cousins. We've wanted a shot blocker at PF for so long, and this was an opportunity to try it out on the cheap.
