Mikki Moore got one. Shelden Williams got one. Quincy Douby got one. ****ing Eric Musselman got one. In the interest of holding on to my delusions that KingsFans.com is not, in fact, a bunch of hypocrites, Angela Tsai will get one, too:

Fair winds and following seas, Angela. I enjoyed your work on NBA TV and, though you never seemed to find your place with the Kings organization, you never conducted yourself as anything less than a professional. Good luck, and I hope you land on your feet somewhere.

I have always wanted to say this for fun:

Angela Tsai, Any questions?

Also I didn't think anything was wrong with her. Yeah she messed up sometimes but If you watch FOX40 News they mess up every night, nothing wrong with that. She wasn't boring.

LOL, from her bio page

As an actress, Angela's credits include ABC/Disney, Sundance, MTV Films and various soaps. She has done stand-up comedy in New York City's top venues, including Caroline's On Broadway, Gotham Comedy Club, and Stand-Up New York. She has trained at HB Studios, The Upright Citizens Brigade, and T. Schreiber Studios.

She does stand up comedy. That in itself is funny. She sure couldn't take jabs here. How does she handle hecklers?

At the risk of hijacking the thread, what is this statement based on? What jabs did she fail to "take?"

This is a serious question: I mean, I never get to see the pre- or post-game shows, and they stopped showing the halftime segments on League Pass after January 1, so maybe I missed something, but I never saw anything take place during an interview segment, or read anything in print, that led me to believe that Tsai could not handle criticism... Where are you getting this from?

Uh....from the time she was on the board. This board. Posting. As herself.

But, good riddance to possibly the worst on-air interviewer I have ever seen. Her shaky delivery, blank facial expressions, and constantly fumbling speech will only be missed for the out-loud hilarity it sometimes provoked.

B-but, I just remembered she is married to the guy who voiced Niko in GTAIV....so....all of us should watch our backs.

Your memory of what actually happened seems faulty to me. If that's what passes for "not being able to take criticism" these days...

Egad...

Yep. In fact, she posted the exact same message as what she posted here on at least three different Kings boards.

But, that's neither here nor there IMHO. This thread - the "thank you" thread - is traditionally for those who want to thank the person who has left for what they will miss.

I think we owe it to tradition and to our board to follow the sage advice my grandmother used to give, "If you cannot say something nice, say nothing at all."

We have other threads where you can feel free to rant and rave, as others have already done.

:)

I would like to thank Angela Tsai for giving me a reason to watch Kings basketball this season. :D
