What a bunch of punks. Spoiled babies.
Wow. The L.A. Flagrants have completely melted down. What an embarrassment. At this point Jackson should just put the deep bench in and tell them to dribble out the clock until the disgrace is over.
Wow, those hits by Odom and Bynum were totally out of nowhere. This is very unlike the Lakers. My respect points for Bynum just tanked down to zero.
Odom was flaggrant, but more like malicious hard pick that blindsided Nowitzki. Bynum was two times flaggrant worse, as a forearm elbow to Berea while rising up for the lay-up. That bush league wack by Bynum deserves a heavy fine and suspension. He could have broke a rib of little but tough Berea - luckily he was ok. BYE BYE LA!!
wow, i hope bynum gets suspended starting next season. bynum is a dirty *** player. he hurt perkins in the finals and now try to hurt barea.

Yeah, I don't want to put Odom's hit in Bynum's category, but Odom typically doesn't do that type of stuff.
My facebook had a post about buying a Bynum jersey, I didn't watch the game so went and looked it up thinking maybe he pulled a Rondo in a losing effort. What a punk. Do others with Lakers friends see this?
Good to know.A lot of my family and friends are Laker fans and most of them are pissed about what Bynum did.
Since I'm in youtube mood anyway:

Bynum's was so malicious that I cringed, it was so mean and callous. I didn't think he was like that, but apparently he is. I don't know what's fair to draw out of a single play like that, but he was so nonchalant and unemotional about it. Just a plain dick move. I wouldn't be surprised if this had an effect on the Lakers' openness about trading him. I have to imagine that the Lakers' higher ups would be pretty bitter about a move like that on Phil's last game. It's just so un-laker like.
I think this whole series exposed just how mentally weak the Lakers are. They've obviously very talented, but their motivation fluctuates and they just can't execute with the pressure on. Even though they deserve a lot of credit for making the finals the last three years, they don't have championship players, with the exception of Kobe. Outside of Kobe, they're a very emotionally and mentally weak bunch.
he was riding perk in the nba finals caused perk to require surgery. i think bynum does have it in him

I wonder how the NBA will deal with this. If they see a pattern they can be as harsh as they think is reasonable. There is clearly a pattern that Bynum throws a forearm into the upper chest of guys coming his way and in this last one he seemed also trying to connect with his elbow. He is hitting people when they are the most vulnerable. This is intent to injure and I don't think I am being a homer in saying that.
This whole flagrant foul thing started because Barkley saw a way of fouling people going to the basket that was violent. He would get nothing more than a foul. So they inserted the extra penalty and called a flagrant one or two. Bynum seems to be taking it that extra step and it's not simply a hard slap at the arm which is what Barkley would do, there is no intent to do anything but hurt the guy. This seems to me to be a flagrant two with a little extra.
Next move is up to the NBA.

Yeah, I watched the game in a bar down here in SoCal. Even the normally D-baggy Lakers fans were calling it a ***** move (at least most of them).
I heard that after the game Kobe and a few other Lakers checked up on J.J. and apologized for what Bynum did. Classy if true.
Chicago looks like a team that has trouble scoring in bunches - to say the least. Rose has too do almost everything it seems to just have a chance to get his team to the next round - but maybe not to the finals. Great D by Bulls (most of the time) but lots of questions at this point about everybody not named Rose. Meanwhile, Atlanta thinks they can now knock 'em out of playoffs just by hanging around every game. I thought Chicago was a bit better than Boston or Miami - now I know they're not.
