[Game] Kings v. Houston 14/01/12

I think Scola and Dally are being more physical with him then he expected and it's getting in his head. He has to prepare for this type of stuff - so far he's handling it maturely but it's effecting his game for sure

Cousins is forcing things at this point. He just needs to forget the misses and take the shots that are there, keep pounding the boards and find some gimmes.

This is Tyreke's most guard-like performance of his career. If he is not orchestrating the offense, he is at least within the orchestration. I haven't been able to say that about his play often. He is finding cutters and his fast break decisions have all been good. The shots he is taking are the shots that are there. Nothing is forced.

On that note, the rest of the Kings players are a lot more patient looking on their shots. Far less quick shots. Well, besides Cousins and Salmons. Salmons is still wasting clock and going 1 on 3.

Did someone put something in DMCs drink? He looks asleep out there.

I noticed that from the start of the game, kind of shuffling up court and all. I think all those minutes in the last game wore him down but that's good because now he can try and break through that barrier of only playing 27 minutes a game.

I didn't actually mean, afraid, afraid... more that (at the risk of paying lip service to Bill Worrell) he thinks/knows that Dalembert knows what he wants to do, and it's in his head...

We are broke, have the lowest payroll in the league, yet are paying Salmons/Cisco a combined 14M. That needs to change ASAP. Should be a fireable offense.

DeMarcus completely ineffective this half, looks like he is on quaaludes out there. Great bench shot of energy but they started to tire at end of 2nd quarter. Fun half to watch though except for the salmon smell-o-vision.

Guys anyone got "League pass" and can rewind back?

Check both Tyrekes and Ciscos back to back three pointers around 1-2 minutes in the 1st quarter, and the Tyreke layup when the score was made 32-26 at the start of the 2nd quarter.

Crystal clear no brainer can't get any more obvious then that assists by Isiah Thomas, who got no credit for them whatsoever(atleast Cisco was given the Reke layup assist, but on both 3 pointers no one got an assist at all)

These first few weeks of NBA season have been awfully hard to watch an entire game - virtually entire league disjointed. Poor execution, players out of cink, players out of shape, fans mostly bored. Lots more entertaining college basketball games of late and tomorrows NFL playoffs a saving grace. Maybe after the SuperBowl Kings and league as a whole will finally get rolling. GO NINERS!

Cuz looks tired to me. Just totally sluggish all night.

Evans has been great, but he isn't really getting any help from the starters. Thankfully the bench is doing their job tonight on BOTH ends. The defense we played at the start of the second was really good, then we got easy buckets on the other end.

Yea I just noticed that too.

They gave him both the 3 pointers, but still gave the Reke layup assist to Cisco instead of him.

Well, atleast they're correcting themselfs!

Why the hell doesn't this stupid team support Fredette? He's not even getting high fives on the free throw line.
