Highly ennoying. This was a winnable game with Thornton. Winnable even wiht this crew if they just hit wide open shots.

At least the team is more interesting to watch. It definitely seems like Smart has given more control to Cuz and Reke. Maybe it's early to say that but so it seems and Reke is not pounding the ball. Will someone disagree with me because this doesn't seem anything like the way it has been in the past. IT seems to contribute more than Jimmer at this point. Hope Thornton heals as at the end of last game he seemed to be in a lot of pain and I am sure his bruise has frozed up a bit.

We need either Reke or Cousins on the floor, without Thornton suiting up. Especially on a night when neither is in foul trouble. As for our shooting, I just don't know. It's not even game after game we're missing WIDE OPEN shots. It's now year after year. Seems like players come to Sac to lose their touch.



Sac1989, Spencer hurt his back 2 games ago. Still battling through that, and his having his mins limited given Phily's compact schedule this week and next. They're in the middle of 3 in 3 nights as we speak.

Making it even worse Tyreke(45%) and JT(54%) are the only ones shooting over 43% this season. All the perimeter bench players are shooting 36% and under for the season.

Marcus is shooting better than 5 of our guys from 3 pt land in THIS game and hasn't even dressed.

Seems to me Smart has guys running to their spots, which happens in a structured offense, and guys know where that first pass in going. They're getting into the offense much earlier.

As for Jimmer, he looks quite nervous. It will pass with time. He knows he can play better than he is. He's thinking too much and doesn't look confident. Watch out if he hits a few. The confidence will come back.
