Who’s still a 20ppg scorer and a proven clutch time player. Plus other “stars” want him on their team.
lmao you’re delusional if you think he’s gonna be in high demand teams don’t care about that 20ppg when they know how it’s coming which is not within the offense. Stars want him is funny they loved Melo too that didn’t matter unless lebron wants him this won’t play a factor.

You’re trading for the expecting that can produce at this point

He's producing this year, he's just a bad defender. I like the 4-team suggestion by @twslam07 the other day to send him to Dallas where AD can clean up his mistakes. I just don't think Boston would do that deal.
He also stagnants the offense which hurts any team he’s on unless he’s coming off the bench. He would be nice on Dallas coming off the bench but it would depend on the price, zero chance Boston trades holiday.

For those wanting us to keep our draft pick you might get your wish. If we lose tomorrow we will be in a three way tie with the Suns (who beat the bucks) and the Mavs ( who are desperately trying to save face, won tonight and got AD back.). We aren’t playing well and those teams are starting to.

ugh. We still control our destiny but nothing is working for us right now.

Holiday has his worst year with the Celtics, depends how he does in the playoffs. I think Celtics can make it to the finals but that's about it. Thunder could even sweep them and that could mean big changes for them. But ok that's also speculation... we will see.

There is still enough games for any team to get a run going, but this looks like it might break down to a 10 game season between 3 teams for the last play in slots. The NBA gets what the NBA wants.

Teams were getting better while Monte sat on his ass and traded for cash and Robin Lopez when they know how team had glaring weaknesses
I seem to recall quite a few happy folk when the Kings ran it back. It was a mistake but Monte cleaned it up, that's what really matters. People that think Monte sat on anything legit don't remember the dying days of the Maloof era at all. Seriously, this isn't even close to sitting. Now the ironic thing is sitting at least temporarily is the wise move because then if the Kings do need to rebuild they can start as early as the next deadline. One would have to think Monte made the trade he did knowing the fork in the road he was facing and gave himself a good shot to pick.

This is like facing Murderers' Row on the 1927 NY Yankees. After tomorrow night, the last stretch of the season favors the Kings, if they can get their act together, and Malik Monk back.

If Zach issues lately are not related with the squad he should take some time off (like it happened with Wiggins a couple of years ago) and then come back. I know that "traditionally" Kings aren't resting players but whatever bothers him the last 2 weeks has been hurting the team as well. If the reason is related with the Kings then I don't know what can be done... dead end at this point cause for sure he isn't getting benched under any circumstances (because Christie is not willing to do so, not with him, not with Deebo not with Monk etc).
