Kings lose to Jazz: Bonzi "slippery hands" Wells

Sum182

G-League
Bonzi Wells played horrible vs. Jazz, Every time he got the ball, he made a Turnover. Every time he shoot, airball.

But It's Rick Adelman fault because he knew Bonzi was struggling and still kept him in the game. This coach is the worst coach ever. Adelman, your time has passed. It's time to move on.

DON NELSON... WE NEED YOU NOW!!!

Good to know you're not prone to exaggeration or anything.

in a way i agree. I love Bonzi's game but last night he wasn't the guy we needed in there. In the first half when Martin came in we got up by 10. Bonzi came back and Utah made a little run 3 bonzi turnovers. Second half Martin came in and we got up by 13. Bonzi came back and guess what bam 4 or 5 more turnovers. Rick Adleman now has plenty of experience with Martin and Garcia getting time during the injuries. So tell me why in the hell when a starter is obviously having a TERRIBLE night do you leave him in there to just keep fumbling the ball and commiting aweful fouls. One foul with 1 second left on the shot clock then another foul on a guy shooting a 3. Come on Bonzi if Rick isn't going to pull you out you have to take yourself out surely you see how bad you were playing.

Rick use the players you have or go coach another team.

Kevin did nothing second half either.

Rick has always been of the let them play through it school, for better or worse. Nothing has changed since we were contenders. And he would say, and he may be right, that in the end that will benefit us as Bonzi gets the extra work in, gets back in shape, gets more PT with the other starters etc.

your right Kevin did nothing but, i would take nothing over 9 turnovers any day of the weak.

Obviously, but then again hindsight is 20/20. Nobody was making much of a case for being out there, so Rick stuck with Bonzi. If Kevin was in the midst of another 25pt night and Bonzi had 9 TOs, well that would be a real issue. As it was...

sigh.....give the guy a break. 2nd game back, reaggrivated his groin. How's he supposed to get in game shape and back to his high level without playing. Players, especially vets, can't be yanked everytime they have a bad game. his play was abberation. In fact the whole 4th quarter was.
As far as Rick is concerned. If he was going to be replaced...it would have been done by now. If it happens, it won't be until his contract is over at the end of the season.

We did not give Webber a break when he was hurt. Did not give it to Pedja either. Why should it be different this time ?

^^I would sure like to think that perhaps people have grown up?

Some of the things posted against players and Adelman have NEVER been right. I think finally people are just tired of reading the juvenile tirades. I know I sure am.

GO KINGS!!!!
