[Game] Game -6: Sacramento Kings vs. Toronto Raptors, 10/7/14 7PM pst 10PM est

I think it was Nik not calling out a screen. Earlier in the game when Evans got stripped, Malone made it a point to tell him that it was his man and he needs to tell Reggie he's coming over to double. You could see Nik mouth something along the lines of "I called it" ...

Which is to say, maybe he did call out the screen Cousins yelled at him for, but if he did, he needs to be louder.

Casspi fits the motion offense. I'm still not sold on Gay fitting. His play in the first half was the same iso-Gay we saw last year.

Yea he was probably telling him he has to stick his man. Nik let Vasquez get passed him which forced Cuz to help leaving his man open for an easy shot
Yeah, Nik clearly blew that play. And to be fair to Cuz, he came up to Nik and talked to him about what happened before the 4pt ft.

Well that is kind of ridiculous that they didn't count that. If the foul was on the Kings , ok. But not if the foul is on Toronto

Nik showing a great stroke. Not quite showing much more right now but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Where was he good on defense? In the 1st qtr as soon as his man touched the ball, they helped him with a double team.

I'm going to bow out now because I want to like Nik, but I'm getting frustrated with the blatant overhype.

McLemore was touted as some supposed star-to-be. In that regard, and it being his second year, he still hasn't shown anything to write home about. Nik on the other hand, has come in as a rookie and hit some shots and shown fairly high bball IQ, and that's what has people excited.

I am going to miss Stauskas at Michigan, but it's good to have him on the Kings.
I believe Stauskas will turn out as a better pro than Trey Burke.. he was a leader at Mich after Burke left. You guys still have LeVert though(next in line for a breakout season)
