[Game] Game -6: Sacramento Kings vs. Toronto Raptors, 10/7/14 7PM pst 10PM est

Why is Nik getting third string minutes...on his birthday!?!
Annoying. Kid is killing it today!

Love the quality depth on this team. Very quick pace getting up and down the floor and the depth could, pay dividends later on as teams start getting tired.

Not a great half for Gay, but showing that clutch gene there for us.

GO KINGS!!

Last year I said he's the only guy to take the last shot of a quarter. That shot looked awkward but it went in. I think with guys like Rudy you can't worry too much about him contributing. I'm not going to worry. Everyone else can do what they wish. :)

As to Evans getting the ball to make a pass, I guess that's what preseasons are for. If he can make an occasional pass, that's great. Otherwise it's very unlikely he'll make a turnover.

Maybe a little premature in my judgment but he's good on both ends of the court.

Where was he good on defense? In the 1st qtr as soon as his man touched the ball, they helped him with a double team.

I'm going to bow out now because I want to like Nik, but I'm getting frustrated with the blatant overhype.

I have a stat that should forever debunk the +/- stat when saying how good a player is. Ben McLemore has +11 higher than anybody on either team. I'm not saying Ben was awful. Just wanting to go ahead and squash future usage of that stat to determine how good somebody is

If you'll notice, they have done that with multiple players.

Sold on Casspi. Not perfect, but he doesn't disappear on you like D-Will does. He's active on both ends and he looks to know how to play within a team system and made the pass and attacked the basket when the situation called for it. If we see him shooting around 35% from 3pt a few months into the year, he's exactly what we want from that swing-man role on the bench.

it's a stat that certainly lies if looking at a small sample. A little more useful to look at a players +/- over a big number of games

It's always been worthless on a game to game basis. It's only slightly less worthless over a large sample size. RAPM is the +/- stat that's worth it's salt.

I can agree with that. Wish he shot better from deep. But he definitely isn't invisible out there

Guys and girls...is this what a real halftime show looks like? Along with real commercials? I have to admit, I miss the Yellow Cab Co commercial...
