Last year I said he's the only guy to take the last shot of a quarter. That shot looked awkward but it went in. I think with guys like Rudy you can't worry too much about him contributing. I'm not going to worry. Everyone else can do what they wish.

As to Evans getting the ball to make a pass, I guess that's what preseasons are for. If he can make an occasional pass, that's great. Otherwise it's very unlikely he'll make a turnover.

Sold on Casspi. Not perfect, but he doesn't disappear on you like D-Will does. He's active on both ends and he looks to know how to play within a team system and made the pass and attacked the basket when the situation called for it. If we see him shooting around 35% from 3pt a few months into the year, he's exactly what we want from that swing-man role on the bench.

it's a stat that certainly lies if looking at a small sample. A little more useful to look at a players +/- over a big number of games

It's always been worthless on a game to game basis. It's only slightly less worthless over a large sample size. RAPM is the +/- stat that's worth it's salt.

I can agree with that. Wish he shot better from deep. But he definitely isn't invisible out there
