Seeing that the Suns are only 1 game behind us in the standings...
1. Let us first qualify the play-in tournament.
2. Let us then win that 9/10 game.
3. And then let us win that next game against the loser of the 7/8 game.
Before we even ENTERTAIN the idea of talking about any potential 1st round matchup against the Thunder.
Went to the game tonight with great seats. It was clear to me that we lead the league in dribbles lulz. Team needs a QB for sure and one of Monk, DeMar, Lavine have to go.
The thing with Zach is that he can fill up the scoring stats quickly like a turbo charged Klay and put a game out of reach fast for the opponents. He has to stay aggressive and we have to find him when he is hot, which we still have to do a better job.
Zach is the better scorer (different tier) while Monk is the better playmaker and is clutch. Both are questionable on defense and we would have to stagger them to get the best of both.

It's called being diplomatic.
It's actually important as a coach.
If Doug comes in and immediately upsets the order of how things were, he loses the locker room, and no success is possible. If he waits until there's enough objective evidence for him to make a major change such as starting Keon over Malik, everybody can be on board.
Doug did this the right way.
But feel free to find a way to complain that Keon is now starting over Monk, something that most people though was impossible due to "personnel" reasons just a few short weeks ago.
Definitely he is, and it's respectful to be this way. Doug knows how it is as a player. These guys put their heart into their profession and you have to have an ego to succeed at this level.
Well…Monk shouldn’t be finishing games either (or at least one of Monk, LaVine, or DeRozan shouldn’t be finishing games) so I have a problem with Christie saying that.
It’s very apparent that the Monk-LaVine-DeRozan lineup doesn’t work. He’s solved half the issue by starting Ellis but he needs to solve the other half by making sure Ellis also finishes.
The offense needs to run through someone I would be fine starting Keon and Carter and bringing all our iso guys off the bench maybe start DeMar just because we can't bench a HOF'er right now

You keep your best clutch performers in at the end of the game if it is close. If you are well ahead, put in your best fourth quarter defenders--Lyles, Sabonis, Ellis, and Murray.
When Domas is healthy and comfortable on the floor - Kings are good. What is not good - season so far was a mess, not many games left to play. The best we can finish 9th, but we can finish 11th too. I'm eternal optimist and if even we will have to face OKC in the first round I will not forfeit any game before the tip-off, but man, it's tough...

He's not a physical player by nature and I didn't say he was, rather he can "get physical". The difference between he and Monk is glaring regardless of where either sit on the scale of physical play.
