Well a win is a win. We can’t trust this team to go on a run so I won’t expect it but would be cool if we did. Still way too many open threes but that’s not being fixed this year. I’m anxiously waiting to hear about the Monk situation. He only played 17 minutes. Did they decide to bring back Monk slowly or did Doug finally pull the trigger?

This game certainly proves that without Zach being Zach, it's a tough haul. From here on LaVine has to be aggressive.
The thing with Zach is that he can fill up the scoring stats quickly like a turbo charged Klay and put a game out of reach fast for the opponents. He has to stay aggressive and we have to find him when he is hot, which we still have to do a better job.

The small sample of games Lavine has played with the Kings says he is fine when the opposition isn't that good but not super impactful against teams that are.
So, the Grizzlies (23/2/6), Clippers (30/7/2) and Rockets (20/6/4) are not that good?

With the Bulls, he put up 36/6/4 against the Celtics and 33/4/7 against the Knicks. He's a streaky player. When he gets going, it doesn't matter who is defending.

This effectively ended the Blazers season. 9 games left. I’d imagine we will be favored in only 4 or 5 of the games. Probably need 5 wins, maybe 6 depending on how it goes to secure a spot. Dallas is starting to get healthy and the Suns are on a streak.

Seems to be Zach when monk isn’t there to get in the way and same for Monk. Monk, Laveria, Lyle’s, and Jonas is a really good bench if we can grab the 7th seed there’s no doubt we can upset Houston
didn’t see the game but the chances of getting the 7 seed is close to zero. We are 5 games behind Minnesota with 9 to play. No sure on the tiebreaker but we would have to go 9-0 and Minnesota 4-5 assuming the tie breaker is in our favor.

Pretty sure he means winning the play-in tourney.

Edit: nvm, have to start as a 7 or 8 seed and win that game to win 7th

We both play ins mean we get the 7th seed we’re not moving up from the 10th seed. Clippers, Timberwolves, and GSW will be 7th and 8th we should be able to beat Minnesota and the clips if we played our best. NBA won’t let us beat GSW

The opportunity to get smoked by OKC in round 1 isn’t very exciting to me, but, maybe we could give em a hard time? I guess we would be working with quite a bit of momentum if we somehow win two play-in games. Unfortunately i just don’t see that happening in my lifetime lol
SGA has that killer mentality like Kobe and Jordan and Chet as well so I see no way OKC doesn’t steam roll us

As a King, his best games have been against Charlotte, San Antonio, New Orleans, Portland, and the Clippers. The Clippers are good. His worst games have been against Golden State, Milwaukee, Boston, and New York.

I didn't pay much attention to Zach pre Kings. It might not be an issue, or it might be a Sac issue more than a Zach issue.

I'll gladly give him kudos if he leads us out of the play in but I'm not yet convinced.

Here are Zach's stats against Golden State, Milwaukee, Boston, and New York this season. I'll let you decide if they are good or not.
