Lame. The NFL does things so much better than the NBA when it comes to the draft.

Both networks cover the selections live. And the thing that bothers me most is their refusal to show the team actually drafting the player. The NFL doesn’t seem to have a problem making the trades official when they happen. But this July 6th crap the NBA does and maki g these guys wear hats of teams they won’t be playing for is beyond stupid.

NBA TV covers the draft from the venue and they do crowd shots and interviews. They just don’t show Adam Silver announcing the pick and do their own unveiling but they also don’t have Woj spoiling them.

Jerome honestly looks like a poor man’s Greivis. He’s long-ish but he has the lateral quickness of Demarcus Cousins in the NBA Finals

I said months ago that Ja Morant reminds me of Fox. And that I believe he might end up the best player in this class.

BUT, he’s not as quick or fast as Swipa. He’s better offensively coming into the league but Swipa has more potential defensively.

But that’s my point. They should. The NFL has a deal with ESPN to broadcast the draft but they also do it themselves. I love having the choice.

Usually I have both broadcasts on at the same time but the ESPN broadcast is muted.

For sure, Baja knew he was going in the late first, he called it. But I know he was one of his favourite players, so there was probably a smidgeon of hope that he'd fall.

Well, if there is a player this late in the draft that can expose every Kings weakness, the Clippers are sure to find him
