Marcos Bretón: No great player, no title, no coincidence

Are you saying Duncan's achievements to date haven't matched: Wilkens Barkley Alex English David Thompson Gervin Calvin Murphy Dan Issel Lanier What hurt's Webber is that he plays in an era of outstanding PF where it's hard to rise above the pack of greats to gain HOF status. That...

    Maloof on KHTK

Off Topic. You must have never seen Walton pre-foot injuries. He was a very good jumper, particularly able to get off the floor quickly a second and third time. On topic. Eventually Kings' fans will have to let it go, hope that whoever Maloff gets is a good coach. At least the players like...

Bee: Adelman details call that ended job

I think Adelman got screwed and hope he shows up with a good team somewhere.

    Tim Duncan

I remember a game last year the Mavs won beating the Suns and there was a shot clock call/non-call of goal tending that was clearly a bad call and gave the Mavs the game. The sideline shot was Cuban going nts celebrating and then suddely looking like the cat that got caught swallowing the...

    Nash Wins MVP....Again

I wonder where Nash will be placed in the pantheon of all-time PGs now. Two MVPs which the only othr PG to accomplish was Magic but I don't think Nash is a top four all-time PG personally. Below Magic, Stocton, Isiah, Payton. Who else? Is he better than Kidd was at his best?

Mavs need Jack Nies to get a win.

Lebron caught up in his own hype? Apparently called arenas an effing wimp...

Have to admit I didn't. Too exhausted from the Spurs - Mavs game. I think I needed a couple of days off more than the Spurs did.

Looks like the Pistons are making LeBron a bit of an effing whimp today.

Dallas has been a low assist team all year.

    Tim Duncan

True. Bonzi's a warrior and Dirk is a whiner.

    Tim Duncan

Dirk will be doing some MAJOR whining by the end of this series.

    Mavericks or Spurs?

Spurs of course but Cuban is the last owner in the NBA I ever want to win a title. If Spurs go down I'll be rooting for every team that goes up against Cuban. But so far Spurs 1- 0 baby (and now they'll adjust) :)

    Tim Duncan

Best I've seen him look quickness-wise all year. :)

    Congrats Spurs

I think it's safe to say almost all Kings' fans like the Spurs' centers better than most Spurs' fans do. :D

    Congrats Spurs

Entertaining series and great job by the Kings. Man I'm glad I don't have to watch Bonzi tearing up the Spurs D, like usual, for a while. If Kings can keep the pieces together and get a good post defender they'll be battling for a title. And Martin is a stud or will be. He grew a lot this...

    Message from San Antonio

Spurs are definitely not a physical team. They are a finesse, fundamentals team. It's been a great series. Only one I've watched where it's been close, hotly contested yet the players have maintain respect for each other.

    Message from San Antonio

Props to the Kings. I said here after game one that I've always feared Bonz., He's always torn up the Spurs going back to his Portland days and with Memphis in their Spurs playoffs series. Nothing has changed.

    Posey - likely no supsension...

I think the NBA just wants a clean playoffs. They dont want to be viewed as an alternative to watching hockey. Message. Clean it up boys. Play hard but no hard cheap shots. Several Heat players were playing chippy in that game. Playng Riley-ball.

    Sucks to be Ron...

All flagrant twos arent the same. Blows above the shoulder are automatically in a different category.
