I've never seen it and have no desire to. Why wouldn't anyone believe you?No one's gonna believe this, but I just watched Jerry Maguire for the first time last night.

Opps my bad. Yes, that is correct. My guess is State of Play.

Yeah, Boiler Room is great if you've been in that environment. I've been close enough to appreciate it.Seems like it's considered this great classic that everyone needs to see, and you're gonna love it. It was totally underwhelming.
On the other hand, sales people say the same thing about Boiler Room, and I finally saw that a couple months ago. It exceeded expectations, not because of the plot or the acting or anything like that, but the lines and the atmosphere is exactly what you'd see if you spent time in a high pressure sales office. I could smell the sleaziness. Awesome.
Just watched "Leon" (1994) With Jean Reno & Natalie Portman,
This movie was very well written and all the actors played their parts amazingly.
Leon is a hitman who witnesses a little girls family get murdered and he has no choice but to take her in. And teach her his way of life, while the little girl also decides to teach him some life lessons.
This movie has Action/Comedy/Drama/Love/ and pretty much everything you could ask for in a movie.
I'm definitely going to buy it and watch it again and again, and i recommend it to everyone. 9/10
I also watched "Gamer" and thought is was predictable, not that well written and the ending was very poor. 5/10
Happy Gilmore -- hey, I finally saw it, so thought I would mention it. Definitely had its moments but swung and missed on a lot too and wasted some good setups. And boy, I had forgotten just how bad an actor Sandler was when he first started out.
Happy Gilmore is a CLASSIC!! One of the best comedies i've ever seen.
I think Sandler was a wayyy better actor when he first started out.
Yah he played the same character in each movie, which was usually just himself, but he played himself perfectly to each role given. Happy gilmore along with Billy Madison will go down as Legendary movies in my books!
Grizzly Adams did have a beard!
I always thought that the name difference marked two different cuts of the movie with Leon being the longer international cut but this may or may not have always been true. It has been so long since I saw the US theatrical cut I wouldn't even know the difference."Leon" is also known as "The Professional" - just in case some didn't know.

Watched Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon again, and I still love it. A truly great movie.
I think I'm with you on that. I have it on DVD somewhere, it seemed like a can't miss, why they even played Rudy Can't Fail during the trailers, so I bought it blind when it came out watched it once and never had any inclination to watch ever again.Grosse Pointe Blank -- from way back in the late 90s, when our idea of theater was two guys throwing rocks at each other of course. Had never even known what the movie was about, even basic topic or genre. And turned out I'm still not sure. A hitman rom com? Actually think it had a good idea for what could have been a very funny movie (then again, I thought a comedy about a family of cannibals would be a riot too). But it just kind of...well, sucked. The writers should be sacked. Repeatedly had the scene set up perfectly, and then...just nothing. Very erratic.
Watched Max Payne I want my two hours back. The story, the writing and acting were all terrible and I am big fan of Marty Mark and still hated the acting. The director, the casting directory and writer should never work in Hollywood ever again. It was pure garbage.
