Warriors @ Kings 12/20/11 Preseason Finale Game Thread

You know, a lot of Kings Fans seem to hate the fact that there appears to be no middle ground to Evans' game, at least, not to this point in his career. Not me; I ****ing LOVE it. I love all players like that. I love the fact that there's no middle ground: he's either going to have a great game, or he's going to have a bad game, and I find that incredible! Bricklayer's grades notwithstanding, Evans rarely gives you a B-/C+ game. He's not not a guy who's going to quietly give you sixteen points, on six of eight shooting; that's not in his nature. He's going to give you the twenty, five and five, or he's going to give you something closer to thirteen points (on three for twenty), and eight turnovers.

Ideally, I'd like to see him learn his way through it, and become the player we need him to be, in order for the Kings to be a contending team. I suppose that I may not be as impatient as others.

Soo, 27 TOs, and the Kings are still up on the Warriors by one. Go figure.

This is actually a scenario I feel very comfortable in, with the Kings defending a lead down the stretch. Especially since you know it's going to be in Ellis' hands.

And as much as Evans has failed on offense in late game situations ( and its actually probly 50-50, but the misses stand out more ) I love him on defense to win the game. Love it.

So you don't want to see the Kings win?

i wonder what is going through the minds of Garcia, Greene, and Whitside. DNP and Salmons and Daly not even playing yet.

Methinks swisshh may have a reading comprehension problem.

The correct reading of my post is that I am not in a rush to see the Kings win. I do not hold the fact that Tyreke Evans is not Derrick Rose against Tyreke Evans.

Fun game to watch down the stretch but 27 turnovers is astonishing to pull out. They have a week to prep and get cohesive enough because I'm hoping we have Dalembert against LA's huge front court.

You know Bynum is suspended the first five games, right?
