Warriors @ Kings 12/20/11 Preseason Finale Game Thread

Pass the ball to Cousins, Hickson. Cousins mad that he fell for the pump fake and responds by throwing up a brick.

Hickson looks much better next to Cousins.

The Kings switched on the base line!

Couple of things:

Our rebounding has been awful.
Tyreke has looked terrible.
My stream ensured I got to see all of the dead ball situations, crowd shots, etc. but little of the actual basketball.

And on that note, I'm off to bed. Hope it's a better second half than the first was.

Hickson needs to boxout. He's got 5rbs, but he's giving up tons of rebounds to Lee and Biedrins. He's the sort of guy that gets boards, but lowers your total boards.

Cousins is just forcing things, perhaps feeling the pressure of running the offense.

Jimmer continues to show more than his doubters thought he had.

We got great depth 1-5 if daly indeed signs Honeycutt may cost one of outlaw Garcia or Greene his job

completely agree. I too noticed that he doesn't box anyone out. he just jumps for the rebound and usually gets beat.

Rebounding looks pretty bad once again. Way too many second chance points for GS. Kings still can't shoot FTs. Cousins looks slow to me or something and Reke just isn't doing anything with the ball. Why does he always stop his dribble at the three? If he's going to pass at least keep your dribble alive in the process so it's not as easy to pressure you so far out.

he has great leaping ability. He is just a split second slow on the jump. He needs to work on timing.

I'm watching the game with my wife so don't have a clue what people have noticed. It seems to me there has been a very deliberate attempt at keeping the ball out of Evans' hands as a primary initiator. I like what I am seing. If he can settle for 15 pts a game, this will work fine.
