Hall of Famer
This probably belongs in the NBA fourm, but since there's not much to talk about I thought I'd throw it in here. Every year they hold a conference for college and highschool coach, with lectures from marquis college and NBA coaches on how to teach the game of basketball. This year some of the speakers were, Coach K, Calapari, coach Self, and Stan Van Gundy.
There's no right or wrong here, but when you listen to Van Gundy, you get an idea of why some teams excell at some things and not others. By choice in may instances. Nothing new here for those that know the game, but it could be insightful for those that never played.

Just to create some discussion, my perfect scenario is for the Kings to finish this season, and fire Westphal. They then lure Calapari in as the new coach to a long term contract. Calapari likes to play an uptempo game, and he's excellent with young players, and is also a good teacher of the game. I mostly posted this part to irritate Kingster!!
