But we likely won't know for maybe up to 30-45 minutes. I don't think we will know the Kings have made a trade until the second part of the draft pick is made. So if we trade down to 11, it wouldn't be announced until there is an 11th pick announced.
We'll know there's a trade at #4, but obvs will not know who's picked until 11.

Not too surprising with their reported interest in Keegan. They'd have to absolutely ADORE Jaden Ivey and we don't really make sense as trade partners. They don't want to give their future draft capital and aren't going to give up Bey.
Yeah, without Grant, they actually have a stretch forward need that Murray can fill.

The only real new intel that hasn't been discussed here is that he heard good things about Murray's off the court demeanor. But doesn't think Murray or Ivey will be stars. Doesn't think either are needle movers. Would trade down.
I don't think we need a star/ borderline star with good PPG as much as we need a good basketball player. I don't watch enough (any) college basketball anymore to know the individual prospects well enough to say who that is or isn't. But a bit cynical of the star labels.

I think the Kings can get just as much immediate production and long term upside with dudes later in the draft like Daniels, Mathurin, Williams, or Sochan. Hence why I’m a fan of trading down.
