Cousins has range, the shot's just not falling for him

He shouldn't be shooting those shots. He seems like he's just trying to show off how "versatile" he is. He needs to cut it out and play to his strengths. He's shooting up bricks and turning the ball over like he's some kind of guard.

From what he showed us in the first half I don't care what he is doing in the second half. He's got the "IT" factor and will be a star in the league. I guarantee it :D

Disagree. That is in his range, and is playing a fairly nice game for his pro-debut. That shot will make the pick and roll almost impossible to stop between he and Tyreke.

I agree. And Cousins seems more athletic than he was credited for. Pick and roll with Tyreke could be deadly like Nash and Amare.

Taking open pick and pop jumpers is fine, but pulling up and shooting 20 footers is not his game I don't care how well he shot in workouts with nobody guarding him. That and trying to take guys off the dribble is not his game, yet he's got called traveling trying to do that twice. He's so good in the post, I don't want to see him wasting his talents trying to pretend he's a guard.

DMC has 5 TO's - at this point. Hopefully, he learns from this opener. Taking the ball and moving his feet off the dribble seems the biggest issue. Good start for him overall but he needs to pass out of the high post - he'll get it back in many cases. Whiteside is a terror as a weakside shot block artist. Also, I like that he trys to get the ball or tip to a teammate instead of just smashing it out of bounds.

They might have asked him to play a different way depending on if they wanted to get a look at someone elses inside game. If he does that during the season then I can see it being an issue.

Those a-holes are going to do it to... they are going to cut away from the game so we can watch some boring *** press conference. Thanks again Lebron.
