Sixers Grab Steven Hunter

You trying to establish an over/under? I'll go at least 55.
Well last season he played 67, so my guess would be around around that.

The funny thing (or sad thing) was that Webb played more games than Peja, Brad, Mobley, and Christie last year.

Personally, I would prefer Evans to Steven Hunter.

PG Bibby, Hart, Price
SG Wells, Martin, Garcia (would love to get another veteran here. Come back Christie)
SF Peja, SAR, Corliss,
PF SAR, Kenny Thomas, Evans
C Miller, Skinner

I think Songaila is probably as good as gone if the Sar deal comes through, I don't think he will settle for being the third string PF. KT might be involved insome kind deal as well, so I think Evans would be a great pickup. What kinda of asking price do you think Evans can command?

Sund is supposed to start negotiations with Evans this week/next week, haven't heard of any negotiations for him all off-season. Just that way back Philly wanted him, and now Minnesota wants him for their bench (which won't happen, too many big men).

I'd obviously absolutely love to have Reggie Evans on this team, as back-up PF of course (with the likely addition of SAR). Also be a solid insurance if we get SAR and gets hurt. I think Evans would command 1-3 million in a multi-year deal.

We could do a S/T for him w/ Seattle, they've made it known they want Songaila. So have the Wizards too who have a good pool of talent. I don't know if we could sign Evans out-right.

I wouldn't mind if we got Dale Davis for back-up C, his mini-revival when he came back to the Pacers was great. But there are some guys I'd put ahead of him. I think a team like the Cavs/Sonics/Pistons/Nets will get him.

Dale Davis is 71 years old. Gotta be able to do better than that with all these "flexible" trading pieces right?

I think its a pretty good move for Philly...I think his game will get better and shine a bit brighter in Philly than it ever could in Phoenix

Ranks #1 in the NBA in Rebounds Per 48 Minutes(18.8)
Ranks #2 in the NBA in Offensive Rebounds Per 48 Minutes(6.5)
Ranks #3 in the NBA in Defensive Rebounds Per 48 Minutes(12.3)

Reggie Evans is "The" Muscle. Don't knock him because of his height.:)

Reggie Evans is a banger, plays dirty often, hustles, is tough, and has fantastic rebounding skills making him one of the best (rebounders) in the league.

Last two seasons, especially this previous one shows he's perfectly fine under the rim and on the glass.

I'd absolutely love to see him come to the Kings, and isn't out of our reach.
