Prediction: Kings get blown out tonight

The only thing right about the original post was that the Kings got blown out. Other than that the Kings didn't really play all that badly with the exception that they let the Grizzlies get hot from the line early. Not the way you want to start out. Evans is probably the only player that didn't show up.

You saw the game differently than I did, then. Jimmer, Donte, and Cousins had good games but everyone else was bad and as a team, they were awful.

Well, that's because you were looking at the destination, I was looking at the road they traveled to get there. This wasn't the same ballhoggish, me first, selfish play that we've been witness to the majority of this season. Yes, there were some awful individual performances, namely Tyreke who pulled yet another disappearing act with exception of maybe a 4 minute stretch, but they weren't doing it in that painfully hard to watch way of just a few games ago.

You called it, looking at the score it was a blow out. I watched the whole game and it was entertaining if you are a fan of the Kings because there was some individual improvement. Coach Smart continued to work the side line and get the players into sets. The Grizzlies are a better team and they hit on a high percentage of their shots.

The point that RookieoftheDay and Italics are missing is that this thread is completely pointless. If you don't think the Kings will win, that's not a problem. Why not post it in the game thread? Are people really that deluded to think that their run-of-the-mill prediction is worthy of a thread? That others would be grateful to hear a mundane, negative prediction after two impressive wins? It' just so vain and pointless.

You were right that we got blown out. Whoop whoop. This thread is terrible regardless, and whether OP knows it or not, he/she is genuinely coming across as trollish in more than just this thread.

I gotta call BS here. I can't prove it, but I'd bet that if instead the OP had made a similar thread only with a positive KINGS WIN theme, no one would be upset, no one would be calling it trolling, vain, pointless, etc.

I would never for instance head on over to a BYU board and start a thread "Jimmer is going to suck tonight" even if I thought it was true. Just flat out trolling.

And in any case, the OP knows the score on this one and has been better. We'll see if it lasts. I get tired of people playing stupid on the internet. You know, and i know,. and every single member of this board knows that he is not a Kings fan but a Jimmer fan. When you are a guest like that, you show bleeping respect to the fans of the team the board is dedicated to. He has been fine today. If he continues being fine he will stay. If he doesn't, there will be no more warnings.

I think this one has run its course.
