Brick-

Thanks for putting your thoughts down. If there is one thing I dislike it is someone who bashes others' ideas but never puts forth solutions. I appreciate it.

Thank you.

I'm assuming you mean Jerome James - aka Trash Bag Man.

And no one is mentioning him because a) his performance in the playoffs for the Sonics was a fluke; b) he IS Trash Bag Man; c) he sucks.

BREAK UP THE CORE!!!!!

We will NEVER get a quality PF that can:

A.Rebound
B.Score Inside
C.Block Shots
D.Play great D
E.Is not a locker room cancer
F.Is not undersized

You guys know what other teams do when they find PFs and Centers that can do all of that?... They keep them!! They do everything they possibly can so they don't slip away! The crums we have are not appealing to other teams and we cannot seriously expect to get a quality PF in a trade without giving up some quality players from our "core". I don't care how amazing Petrie is, this isnt NBA Live 2005...

I love the core that we have now but we will NEVER win a ring with it! We will have to let players that we love(that arent hasbeens like doug and chris unfortunately were) go, in order to get some big names in return. I love Peja and his skills, but the guy doesnt have enough heart and swagger to lead us anywhere. Mike doesn't feel like playing some D and Brad gets pushed around by other bigs. Obviously I would be very sad to see Mike, Peja, Bobby or Brad leave but in the end it will all come down to the fact that... We will have to break up the core sooner or later because it will never get the job done the way it is right now...Let's not wait until they leave Sacto or enter the "Vlade, Doug, Chris" stage of their careers.

Let's face the music and not let our endless love for this ballclub hide us from the truth... we are a rebuilding team that is currently blessed to still have some very valuable trade bate.
