Kyrie Irving (Rookie of the Year from the Cleveland Cavaliers, who played for Duke last year) is one of the best. They dress him up in movie make-up and turn him into an 80 year old man . Then he goes to a street hoops game in New Jersey and the fun begins.

There were obviously cameras there, so it couldn't have been a complete and total surprise. I'd like to think they were told some cover story about filming a YouTube video or something similar. The reactions of the spectators seem real.

I agree, though. I'm also a sucker for these types of ads.

My instinct is that they told everyone they had this old guy who could really play the game and they were going to use him in a Pepsi commercial. I don't think anyone outside of the production people knew it was Kyrie Irving.
