First half wasn't a fail, but the expectations being as low as they are helped. Lets see how they finish it out. It shouldn't have had to be this way but baby steps are needed now.

Kings got outplayed by the Delaware Blue Coats in the 1h.

We're down sure but the tempo of this game is much more what you'd assume a team featuring a bunch of quick guards and Richaun Holmes would be instead of whatever the hell the last ten or so games were.

Yea but we should he getting hit in the paint not the 3pt line. That's my only problem, otherwise a winnable game that should be won. Gotta thank sixers for this warm up

I'm not going to overreact. I've watched enough ball to know that the Kings let the stink linger too long and their confidence wasn't only shot, but buried. On the other side you have a real system under Doc so system players are going to run it better than anyone. Talent if used right usually wins out so we'll see what happens. Have a typical Walton 3rd and don't recover then yes, this is going to be tough for these guys to swallow.

Of course, how we look after the half is going to be our big moment of truth. Under Walton, this is the part of the game where we'd come out lethargic and get ourselves down by twenty. Let's see if Gentry actually makes some adjustments.

The thing to watch for is whether the right shots are coming from the right people at the right time. Over time it should balance out more positively than what we've seen if the talent is what Monte thinks it is.
