Good win, but tomorrow seems like a scheduled loss. A back to back away game in Denver? That's a tall order
DeMar has recently referenced the hole we dug ourselves this season more than once, and he said he hates the mere idea of the "play-in tournament" following those statements with one heck of a clutch performance yet again. You can tell the players are highly aware of how important each and every game is, and the playoff atmosphere in these wins is HUGE for us.
More love from the schedule makers. Thats literally probably the hardest travel context possible in the NBA
Yah, this is a scheduled L. Low expectations. That’s why we need to beat the GSW ahead of time.Dear NBA:
Denver is not close to Sacramento.
The Mile High city is 900 flight miles away.
It’s the equivalent of scheduling the Knicks with the second game of a home-and-away back-to-back in Chicago.
Actually, it’s worse (NY-Chi ~740 flight miles)
And did we mention it’s a >5,000 mile elevation increase? Hence, “Mile High”
2 games. Lakers swept us and hold the tie breaker.Into 7th...1game behind the Lakers

Wemby just grew another three inches due to the lower gravity. They're going to make us play the first NBA game in orbit on a back-to-back?
So Kings as a team had a 112.5 defensive rating which would be around 13 and not the abomination of the last 3 games but not where we were before Fox came back.
I think we can confidently state it came in the 2nd half when Keon got 13 minutes instead of 8.
The problem was those increased minutes came from Carter who got zero minutes in the second half. Hard for a rookie to develop when they have zero minutes.

The Knicks just had a B2B, Atlanta one night, Brooklyn/NY the next. That's about 800-900 miles. I think the elevation in Denver/Utah is a bigger deal than the flight when doing a B2B to those places from Sacramento.Dear NBA:

I'd rather develop Keon than Devin Carter. Where's the problem? Devin Carter will never develop? He's been healthy for like 3 weeks. Maybe we can allow some time for this situation to breathe a bit?So Kings as a team had a 112.5 defensive rating which would be around 13 and not the abomination of the last 3 games but not where we were before Fox came back.

It's the new NBA growth plan. They've already expanded internationally, now they're looking to make a splash in the interplanetary marketThey're going to make us play the first NBA game in orbit on a back-to-back?

Yeah but why is 100 more flight miles such a big difference? That's like 10 more minutes in a plane.New York to Atlanta is about 760 flight miles. It’s around 900 miles driving because of curvy roads and such.
And given what I saw with the former PAC 12 in the ACC/BIG10 (Outside Oregon) I’d say both are factors.
