Hmm was at the USC game and missed it. Sounds like the Kings played well. Who stood out?
Fox/Hali real solid through 3 quarters and then ice cold in the 4th quarter. Holmes might have been a little banged up, just got a whole lot of nothing from him the whole game. Another quality Metu/Bagley game at the 4, where both guys played a solid role player games and contributed positively on both ends. TT came and helped spark a big Kings run in the late 3rd/early 4th.
TD was the big star and continued his rampage against the Clippers. Looks real fast, playing hard, getting out in transition. He's earned his spot, even when the Kings get healthy with Barnes/Harkless back.
Overall, just a strong defensive showing where the Clippers had to make a ton of tough contested 3's to get this close at the end. Gentry is going to be in an interesting spot when Barnes comes back because TD/Bagley/Metu have all played well enough to carve out some consistent playing time and one (or even two if Gentry insists on Harkless) are going to be the odd man out.
