I don't know if I've ever heard of a player getting a career high in the mid 20's with efficient shooting...and then getting no playing time in the next games? Has that ever happened before?

I don't begrudge him having an off night, because he has carried the team all season, basically by himself, but I damned sure will begrudge him dogging it, and acting like a baby, which he is doing tonight.

It's nice to have someone, anyone, do that. We've been too soft for too long. Sometimes you have knock someone on their ass, make a stand, and the team responds.

How is 'nothing on the line"? The game is on the line, and it matters to the players, coaches, front office, etc.

This would have been a bad loss. I don't have an issue with Malone playing to win, provided he DOES win. It looks like he made the right move tonight.

No, but the first part where he lost the ball is relevant.

I don't think he has an assist since the 3rd quarter. I'm sure the grader will confirm or deny that.

Every other game or so you'll see Cousins get that seal and JT will float a pass over the defense. We don't do it enough, but Cousins is great at getting his defender out of position on and off the ball. Hump had no chance on that one.
