Yes, you can. Klay Thompson actually jogged into the tunnel after his ACL injury, then came out to shoot free throws. Needless to say, he was out for a year and more.
You can do pretty much anything except anything that requires some lateral movement like tennis or snowboarding. Of course right after injuring, your knee will be pretty swollen so it takes a day or two before you can it.
When you tear an acl, you can walk on it, but no lateral movements because of the instability. My knee would get sharp pains if i moved it wrong before surgery
I don’t know but to me it looks like amateur hour…but it’s not really important at all. I guess it might’ve started when they allowed coaches to dress like sunday morning around the house. Also not important
The coach needs to have a talk about not only taking defense seriously but getting the offensive sets going and stop the the hero ball.
