No, of course not. But they are actually a tad better than you might expect. Portland is playing so little D they aren't giving themselves a chance. Houston's just not very good. And the interesting thing so far has been that Mike D'Antoni comes and joins a run n' gun team and actually slow them down. They're 15th in the league in pace this year, dead average. Some of that may be because they are using Harden at PG.

Harden did have 12 turnovers last game, so that ought to be a positive.

I like our chances in this game. Harden is a beast but Joerger is coaching like a HOFer right now. Amazing what he has done with this roster. I am going with the Kings

My main concern is the 3. This Houston team shoots the most 3's of any team and 6th best percentage at 36.8%. Overall FG% is 5th in the league at 46.3%. If we can defend well enough to knock that down we stand a good chance. They shoot smart high percentage shots. With Harden averaging around 12 assists per game they are 4th in assists. Disruption of passing lanes is going to be crucial.

This is an important game for the Kings that will tell us where they stand...need to win these kinds of games if you want to compete for a playoff spot. Kings played a good game against the Thunder...I think Houston is similar, but a little better at what they do...should be interesting.

A win tonight would be great, but just as important to me is this upcoming road trip against teams we can beat. Starting the trip on a 3 game winning streak is bigger to me than any one of the teams we have ( or have not pending tonight) beaten on this home stand.
The pint of it would be so we don't have to do special stuff I that pick and roll leaving Anderson open for 3s. It's not like Temple would be better
