[Game] Kings at T'Wolves 3-20-11 12:30 PM PDT

Calipari had to get on Cuz constantly in college to keep him from jacking jumpers. As a result, Cousins stuck to the post where he is most effective.

I feel that a new coach would do wonders. Westphal junk ball = meh.

Westy is putting him in a position, where when he gets the ball, he either has to shoot the 15 footer, or face up and attack off the dribble, into help defense. Now yes, Cousins has been making some poor decisions, but Westy isn't really putting him into a position to succeed. If you're going to feed him the ball 15 ft away, at least make sure the floor is well spaced, so that when he does attack, their aren't 2 other help defenders right there waiting for him.

I don't mind Cousins getting the ball elbow extended, he can be good out there, and it utilizes his passing. But we have to mix it up. Westy just isolates him 15 ft away, instead of letting him set up in the post.

Preachin to the choir man!

Dunno who we could get out there to replace Westphal. Wish we got Thibadou (sp?), but I wouldnt be surprised if we tried and he opted to go to the Bulls instead (can you blame him?).

Ah well. I still wouldnt mind Mario Elie. During summer league he was quoted as wanting to play Cousins in the post. Better than nothing.

What Donte just did, is small, but something Omri hasn't shown he's capable of doing. Take one or two dribbles along the baseline, and feed the open shooter in the opposite corner.

Why the hell did he get ejected for that? Double techs I can understand, but Rindour pushed up first, and Pekovic came over to him?

He gets pushed my Rindour with two hands, then Pekovic comes and and they push eachother, then Webster comes over, and Cousins pushes him. No techs for Ridnour or Pekovic? That's rediculous. The other 4 guys sleepwalking on our team should have stepped in their quicker to.
