I can count at LEAST five games that the starters build an 8 point lead or higher, bench comes in and plays WAY too long and lose lead, starters pull it within a possession or two, bench comes in, game over.
With a good coach, those five games are wins. Not to mention that the team would be better and would win more games besides those.
That was confusing to say, lol. Basically, if we had a coach with common sense, we win at least five more games already.

Players win, coaches lose. That's not always fair, but it is when it comes to this guy.

Indeed. A coach should put a team in good position to win. When they do that, they are doing their job and get minimal praise win or lose. When they don't they get trash talked like Smart.
