Scott Petty might be a better name for the Kings GM.I'm not high on Perry, who seems to just want to get rid of every player that wasn't his acquisition, without even giving them a good look.

Dybantsa is FRI would love to see the Kings land a top 5 pick this year, obviously, given the prospects in this year's class but we've also been there done that when it comes to the draft and most of them didn't turn out the way I wanted them to. So I can't even really enjoy a full-on tank year at this point without subconsciously worrying that there will be another "Bagley over Luka" pick at the end of it. That one decision probably broke me permanently as a draft believer.
Mainly I do not want there to be any chance of this new front office rallying around a Frankenstein lineup headlined by defensively challenged vets with the young role-players only getting limited touches and 2-3 shots a game. The more disastrously we crash and burn while leaning on that type of a strategy the more likely it is we get a full rebuild which suits my interests. I would also be fine if we pivot to playing mostly young players and seeing what we have with a Keegan, Keon, Nique, Devin, and Maxime lineup playing starter's minutes. At that point, the draft is only a secondary concern which is probably not ideal for our long-term future (drafting a franchise player is the quickest way to get back on top) but is less anxiety inducing given this franchise's woeful draft history.

Yah. Not gonna stop scouting or accepting bad things. That isn’t strategic.Don't get your hopes up. He's going first or second so we'd need to win the lottery and not do anything dumb with the pick. Nine times out of ten this season ends with us winning 3-4 extra games in April and taking ourselves out of contention for a top three pick. And the tenth time it ends with Bagley.

I think I’d be pretty down with Keon for Jarace

I'll have to look into Jarace, but if we've already resigned to not keeping Keon for some reason, seems ok to take a swing on a wing.
Keon being very popular should be raising up some red flags that we should probably keep him, but oh well
Would probably send Saric to get salaries closer (?) and then we'd have an open slot for some of the other trades proposed where we have to take an extra player for matching on our other guys.

I mean, it's even out in the open, the league values a 3 and D wing. It's perfect because you don't build a team around this type of players but it is easily plug-and-play in most scenario regardless of team's play style and strategy.Yeeeeah, you'd certainly think so. In an analytics-driven league where every franchise is trying to exploit whatever efficiencies they can find up and down their rosters, it's so glaringly obvious why Keon pops, and it remains so baffling that this franchise has decided to cast aside one of the best undrafted finds in the NBA across the last half-decade.
Based on his combine measurements, Walker should round up to 6'8" so 6'9" is a bit of a stretch (BBRef/ESPN actually list him at 6'7").I’d do that trade. Walker was a top ten pick who has shown flashes as a shooter and was known as a great defender in college and he is 6’9.

But what is his standing reach!Fair enough, I’ll take 6’7 235 with a 7’2 wingspan
