ROTFL!!ARTEST TRADED FOR MILES
A Swap of Malcontents
By Ray Blicker
SACRAMENTO -- In a stunning swap of chronic problem players, the Sacramento Kings have traded the ferocious defensive game of Ron Artest for the limitless potential of lanky Portland forward Darius Miles.
Artest, who last year seemed to have revived his career during a half season stint with the Kings, now moves on to a franchise that has had more than its share of difficult personalities over the years.
Miles, who averaged a career high 14.0 points per game last season, will now be playing for his 4th team since being the 3rd overall pick of the 2000 draft.
Kings general manager Geoff Petrie said simply "it was time", while lauding Miles' outstanding athleticism and improving jumpshot.
"If you are still reading this goof of a post you are even more desperate for NBA news than I am." said Petrie.

Not that I would ever defend Napier but all of the trades/signing, etc... are ones that have been "rumored" to be completed during the last couple of weeks. The league has lawyers that review every one to make sure they are legit, etc... and this does take time. We still have the Chandler trade to NO for Brown and Smith to get through either tonight or tomorrow so there still may be alot of things hanging out there waiting to be approved. Go have dinner, drinks or whatever and if something happens it will happen.
i wonder if they like my funny pictures

Grant just said he doesn't know what's going on with Bonzi. No new info as of now.
They haven't used any of them in their articles, so I guess they weren't impressed. Maybe they printed some up, took them home and put them on the refrigerator.
For some reason word has gotten around on other boards that Bonzi's agent told Napear that a six team deal was going down with Bonzi included and Napear simpy relayed it. Which is untrue.
Is that you Grant? It's way too quiet. I think something big is going to happen in the next day or 2 because you really aren't hearing much right now.
