A couple of notes from the first half...

There should never be a time when we call an ISO for a Derrick Williams jump shot.

Nik's ass should've hit the end of the bench immediately after getting burned under the basket. Zero effort.

This team plays ugly basketball. 1 out of 10 plays are run with precision. ISO ISO ISO...

I want to clarify my position, since I can feel it being misconstrued: I think that D'Alessandro's vision for the team is ****ing stupid, and that it's not going to work. I just think that rooting for the team to fail, just to spite the GM, is a bridge too far.
Thank you.

And I think it's going "not work" sooner than later. Sooner as in last week.

We are down by about 20 at the half, at home, to an Eastern Conference team with a 17-24 record, with a healthy Cousins, Gay, and Collison, and just gave up 62 first half points

And PDA claims Corbin is a BETTER coach than Malone.

Let that sink in, people. Just let that sink in.

PDA THINKS CORBIN IS A BETTER COACH THAN MALONE.

Vivek's new idea: Franchise 3.0

It's where he creates a "superfranchise" using one dummy franchise (the Kings) and primary franchise (the Warriors). These two franchises work together in order to benefit the primary franchise, the Warriors. The dummy franchise is now legitimate testing ground and produces more reliable research, since the superfranchise would receive information about experimental NBA 3.0 ideas based on the real NBA, not the D-League.

Gross.
I don't know of a better word to describe the effort by Corbin and the players.
This is on the coach, and this is on Vivek, not the players.

It's simple math, we've isolated the variable. With the same players, and a Malone as coach, there was unity, purpose and effort.

With the only thing changing being the coach, there is chaos, confusion, and no effort.

It's actually correct of the players to not give full effort when there is no cohesion and purpose on a team. A military needs a leader, if there is no leader, all effort is essentially wasted. So energy should be conserved, and risk should be minimized.

My inner conspiracy theorist says: Hence, exactly why he wants to upset Boogie enough for him to request a trade. And this trade will be to the Warriors.

There is ZERO chance this happens under Malone had he still been in tenure.
