I'm that one wierd guy in the bunch that actually likes Grape Nuts, but you gotta be patient and let the milk soak in...otherwise you're chewing gravel.

I like Grape Nuts in yogurt, but not just as plain cereal.

The only cereal that I don't get bored with after a couple of bowls is plain Puffed Kashi.

They're both sugary goodness... one's pure glucose he---yeah,blahblahblah, you know the drill.

Obviously you aren't allergic to carbs, or you wouldn't have those pancakes on your head.;)

Pancakes = weapons grade carbohydrates

Ooh -- a toughie. Frosted flakes being the sort of thing where I can buy a box and go through it in one borderline-addictlike day. But mini-wheats I think having the more substantial appeal as something other than a sugar high. So going with the mini-wheats. :)

Mini-wheats. They're much healthier, with a lot more fiber. Plus they're so much more filling and stick with you a lot longer than those flakes.

coco pops!!!!!! (or cocoa krispies to americans)

unhealthy... but who cares? im only 18 and i LOVE THE TASTE!!!!!!!!!

:D

LOL :D Mini-wheats...and I actually like them with no sugar. I also love grape-nuts (wild hickory nuts..remember, anyone? ;) ) and puffed Kashi, too.

Definitely Mini-Wheats, but they have to be the bite sized ones. But why do they call the big ones "mini"? Wouldn't those actually be considered Frosted Wheats?

Sorry, I've just always wondered that.
