I don't have a problem with Davis making it. I feel he is deserving. I question Dirk and Dwight moreso.

i'm really not even mad about it because i think this will be great motivation for him. Look how Steph Curry has responded since being snubbed last season......

He has plenty of time to be a 6-8 time All-Star still

Also one of the biggest reasons i wanna see Cuz on the team is so i can buy his AllStar jersey, and im sure as hell not buying one of those sleeved monstrosities

You know people often talk about getting rid of conferences when it comes to Playoff seeding. They should probably do the same thing with All-Stars. Look at some of the people on the East team. Joe Johnson? averaging 15/3/3. Oh and Roy Hibbert, who had 4pts 6reb in 39 minutes tonight and gave up 17pts 14reb to Robin Lopez. But he's an All-Star and Big Cuz is not. wow

A positive I see as I mentioned before if Boogie were to get snubbed is that I think it gives him motivation this summer and next season and he comes back in 14-15 and literally destroys the league to the tune of roughly 26/12. Yes, all you coaches who snubbed Boogie, I think he takes it as an insult and forces you to learn your lesson the hard way, by turning your center into his female dog.

I also think he'll be in Turkey this summer which will only help with the mental side of the game, not only better learning how to lead but firmly planting himself among his peers at the top of the league.

Love this, and I agree! This is his first real breakout season. I can't be too upset. The league can't ignore him and his progress forever

I think it's insulting that that's even a question. How about this one; "Who would you rather build around Lebron James or Carmelo Anthony?" This is clearly a question/article for the casual, know-nothing fan. The type of people that vote Kobe Bryant into the allstar game this year. All star selections have become meaningless. Barely any of it is even watchable. If I were Cousins I would protest the all star game for the rest of my career and refuse to show up. How can a person be so unintelligent? How do you miss the best player at his position in the entire freaking world?! Dwight Howard and Roy Hibbert May as well have wore dresses with flowers on them when they played against Cousins. If I were one of the All Stat selectees I would be angry that Cousins didn't get selected because it means that my reward is meaningless. Kobe Bryant and JOE JOHNSON!?!? well the question in the link i posted is with respect to which of demarcus cousins or anthony davis you would build around, and i think that is a very fair, very reasonable question to ask. at only 20 years old, anthony davis is clearly a franchise-level talent. he and cousins will be battling for the title of best center in the league for the next decade...

While I agree Cousins should be in the AS game I don't agree on a couple other points. Certainly I understand your frustration but never should a player "protest an AS selection". Surely you jest.

Cousins needs to get his mind right (See Cool Hand Luke) and play to the masses. This is not an easy thing for a 23 year old basketball phenom to do. Cousins needs to be less surly for the camera. Sports is an entertainment genre. The sooner Cousins goes through the Shaq NBA etiquette school the better. This is for Cousins betterment. Who remembers Shaqs first all star game? Karl Malone and the other veteran Bigs just wrapped him up. They determined Shaq would not go off.

Cousins plays basketball well enough to be an all star, buuttt.....Cousins needs better PR.

Yes I know it sounds absurd but Cousins needs better public relations and it starts with himself. Cousins talk to Shaq and the other people on the Kings. Talk to the smart marketing people running the Kings. Listen and learn.
