Knicks fan, was calling Knicks his "wife" and Kings "his mistress" in beam season 1. He is quite famous in twitter/X for posting clips/memes etc, but this season he got in a feud with several fans (including Reece, Fox's wife) and now it seems he goes Kings way again.
I think it is our fault to think these "influencers" have a set allegiance at all and not just understand clearly that they go where the wind blows the strongest.

Barkley has been fairly consistent throughout his broadcast career about being harder on players when coaches get fired. He has always felt that coaches get a disproportionate amount of the blame when teams underperform.
Charles isn’t wrong and if you just watched say the Indiana and Detroit games you could come to the conclusion the players quit and got Brown fired on purpose but I’m not sure that tracks if you’ve watched every Kings game since Brown arrived or at least every game in calendar year 2024.

What I'm convinced of, is that this recent 8-2 record would not have happened with Brown still there. For whatever reason, it has produced a very noticeable change in play and results

Keegan with maybe his best offensive performance of the season if you fact everything in? Made his threes including a big one that should have sealed the game, worked inside the arc and took the ball and ran in transition. Well done Keegs
He hit a couple early ones and got braver. I like the Keegan Murray who don't hesitate too much and just go for it and live with the result.

Big boards down the stretch after Sabonis fouled out too.

Anyone know the capacity of the team plane? Ive alway been curious. Do they have a section for players, one for coaches and then one for medical staff, media and maybe the front office when they go to away games?

If Keegan could play like this against a long athletic Rockets team, he can do it against anyone. He has to play to his strengths and think like a finisher/scorer first and passer second. Get his feet set like today and that three is going down.

yeh it’s 100 percent mental with him. He doesn’t have an elite handle so that limits him, but he has enough of a bag to do what he did tonight every night. His biggest area of growth for sure

Yeah, that's where the take falls apart for me: like I said earlier in the season, ninety percent of the board was on Brown's neck for his coaching decisions, rotations, etc., and as soon as Fox went on Draymond's podcast, all of the scapegoat energy immediately shifted to him.

I lowkey feel like a lot of people wake up in the morning looking for reasons to blame players for something.

Nice win

Offense is humming. Hung 132 in regulation on one of the best defensive teams. I think I heard them say that’s a season high against Houston.

They’re finally playing in another gear at home under Doug.

First game home after a road trip, national TV, young athletic opponent. This was an easy loss 3 weeks ago.
I'm convinced the biggest factor is just not practicing so much between games. They looked fresh the whole game. I just think Brown was running these guys ragged in practice during the season, which seems nuts to me. You're playing 3-4 games a week. You need to rest.
