Watching Tari Eason show glimpses of a complete skill set hurt me a little. When the rumors were flying about the kings moving down from 4 he was my main target.

Dudes a ball player for sure. Showed well on both ends and carried himself extremely well, I wouldn’t call it alpha but he played like he not only belongs but others gotta keep up with him.

I caught parts of the NHL draft today with a buddy, who played D1 hockey. The NHL draft, as far as we can think of, is the only one where tv personalities will openly say a prospect dropped, because of his compete level. Scouts question it.

Dame was questioning Sharpe’s compete level on national tv.

-slow paced
-physical play
-lots of stoppage
-lots of turnovers
-very late start

If Sharpe doesn't start in the 2nd half, I'm done watching this one. It feels like watching 2 mediocre mid-major college teams playing against each other.

ahh, thanks for the heads up.

It'd be a shame if he does miss the rest of the SL. He needs a lot of live game reps whether he looks good or bad, the experience will help him. Dame's interview also didn't give a ringing endorsement.

Another thing, I also thought his body language looked poor on the bench.. ESPN cameras kept panning over to him, and he just looked disinterested in everything going on.
