[Game] Warriors @ Kings 11/5/12

No, he did nothing at all. Didn't create any shots for IT, didn't create any shots for JJ which he bricked, didn't play any defense and the offense went to ****, which explains why we were a -6 when IT went out and Reke switched to point, and were a +1 when Reke went out. But we really exploded with both Reke and Cuz on the bench, so maybe we should give them the rest of the night off.

Yeah, I'm the one who's biased. What reason would I have to hate Reke? I have a signed reke jersey even. When he is on its absolutely amazing. It just doesn't work on a nightly basis with this team right now.

Come on. That Curry jumper was the best defended the entire night. I'll take that Jimmer defense every single time. He also came right in and scored 5 points

I am, or was, a great defender (for my level). Was my calling card. Having gotten a chance to play against a couple of low level NBAers (Matt Maloney was the best) a few times I know just how tough they are to remotely handle, but I still knew defense well enough to occasionally challenge a shot. Do you think they paid my weak little attempt to challenge any mind whatsoever? Of course not. I just did not have the physical attributes to stop them no matter how well I read their moves. This is a huge problem for Jimmer. Even when he reads it right, even when he's good, he's often not good enough, and there's not much he can do about it.

First Half Minutes -
Starters: 64 minutes 58 second
Bench: 55 minutes 2 seconds

Anyone know if one of the sites that lists stats shows breakdown of playtime for starters vs bench?

That is sad to see. No way a team coached this way will become any sort of contender.

The last thing we need is for Jimmer to come in and impress the coach so that now he has another guard hes trying to give equal minutes to. He needs to pick a 9 man rotation and stick to it. Even though we are winning and playing good, its still getting very annoying seeing 11 players sharing minutes

Nothing works on a nightly basis with this team. The concentration of that however is heavily slanted towards Reke, and you know it. Or is this bench play working on a nightly basis too?

You are seeing what you want to see. Jimmer played good D when he was in. The team had a couple of defensive lapses but it wasn't on Jimmer.

That said he does need to get a tan......man is he white.

Why shouldn't it be heavily slanted towards reke? He is one of our 2 go to guys. Cousins played like crap the last few games and got tons of flak for it. The difference is that Tyreke has been doing this since the end of his rookie year.

People often over look this. It's the reason size/length is so important in the NBA. It's also why some of us don't feel IT is a starter.

Every game thus far this season you could make an argument we're better without this player or that player at times, as nothing we've done on offense has been consistent.

7 points were just scored over Jimmer. He played ok defense, but they also went straight at him and got 7 pts in 2 mins.

2 points Curry with a hand in the face
3 points Thompson wide open, Jimmer running over to help
2 points Curry from the line after some solid D

I thought he was fine.

Evans needs to stop shooting those stupid fade away rainbow shots. He hasn't even hit one tonight.

They need to start bringing Reke off the bench. Thorton is a much better SG than Evans is.

Reke throwing up bullcrap. Rather have JJ shooting at this point. Tired of seeing that dumb jumper. Send him to the bench

And look what happens. They come out sluggish and lose thier lead because they havent played since basicslly the end of the first. Freakin smarts sub patterns will never improve :(
