I've been doing light running/jumping/ lay-up drills pretty much non stop for about 2-3 hours everyother day since last week.
I'm not in pain, but my question is why do I feel a poking feeling on the opposite side of my knee cap? I can walk fine, but when I run it feels like something is pushing out. Any advice?
I'm thinking if I stop for a few days and try again I'll see if it goes away.
