Thats great Arwen. Dieting/losing weight is not easy. I don't need to lose any weight I just need to work on this stomach a bit. I say i'm gonna start doing crunches and I'll do them for a couple of days then I always end up stopping. I just don't know how to stick with it..never. I think dieting, exercising, quitting smoking are all alike. You say you're gonna do it, and you want to do it, so you do it for a few days then you always seem to relapse (not always, but most of the time)..so congrats to you on your weight loss and staying strict with yourself
